Please read on for an outline of our Spring Semester Christian Education/Spiritual Formation Programs for all ages. Class resumes for adults on Wednesday, Jan 6 and for Students/Youth (grades 6 and up) and Children on Sunday, Jan 10.

Spring Adult Spiritual Formation will continue on Wednesday evenings (rather than Sundays between services) and will begin on Wednesday, Jan 6, 6:30-7:30 PM on Zoom. These classes will continue to be led by our Theoligian-in-Resience, Dr. Tony Baker, who, as you likely know, is also Professor of Theology at the Seminary of the Southwest. Each class will conclude with Compline. The Zoom link to join us is here (Meeting ID: 818-5681-3187). For questions, email Tony.

Student/Youth Ministry (grades 6-12) will continue to meet on Sunday evenings for their Spring Program which will begin on Sunday, Jan 10, 5-6 PM on Zoom. This gathering is led by our Student Minister, Jennifer Garen. For questions and Zoom link to participate, email Jennifer Garen.

Children's Ministry/Sunday School (Kinder-5th grade) will continue to meet on Sunday mornings for their Spring Program/Sunday School class which will (like our Student Ministry) begin on Sunday, Jan, 9-9:45 AM on Zoom. Our Children will meet in two classes/age groups: Kinder-2nd grade and 3rd-5th grade. The Kinder-2nd grade class will be led by our Children's Minister, Jennifer Cowles, using the Jesus Story Book Bible curriculum that we have been using for many years now, adapted for online use. The 3rd-5th grade class will be led by Jenny Warfield and Jen Philbrook using the Celebrate Wonder virtual curriculum. For questions and Zoom links, email Jennifer Cowles.

These gathering provide both the opportunity to grow spiritually and to connect meaningfully with others in our family of faith. I continue to see faith formation as an essential part of the Christian Life. I look forward, along with my own family, to continuing to grow, learn and become more and more the people that God has created us to be...together.

If you have any questions about our Spring Programs or anything in our shared life, please do reach out (click here). I hope this reaches you and yours as healthy and well as possible.

Peace and Warm Friendship,
Miles+
